BSOD  drivers_irq1_less_or_Equal need fix
My laptop was freezing up. I did a hard reboot into safe mode and tried to run my antivirus and it would not work, tried to download one from a CD, the CD stopped and got an error said can't download in safe mode. I cancelled it, when I rebooted, I got the BSOD message, no specific locations or anything. been working on this for 2 days, tried, System Restore, Ran chkdsk from recovery console disc, Ran registry checker and did repairs, defragged the registry, ran AVG antivirus. Can't seem to find anything to cure this problem.now I can boot into safe mode, occasionally seeing a runtime error Internet explorer.exe (which is what was freezing up)When I boot in normal I get the blue screen and some audio hum or sound continuously.1 person needs an answerI do too

1. You can never install antivirus in safe mode, because in SAFE MODE not all libraries ar available. This is by design to make mistakes.2. People do make mistakes, and the program you were trying to install should have warned you prior to initiation of isntallation.3. Your issue is antivirus driver present in few or all following locations: (i) Windows (ii) Windows\System32 (iii) Windows\System32\drivers (iv) Windows\System32\drivers\ (v) Program Files (vi) Program Files\Common Files (vii) C:\Documents and Settings\ (viii) C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Local Settings\4. Driver attribution can be located in the registry, such as: (i) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE (ii) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion (iii) HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software (iv) HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-8digits-9digits-10digits-1000\SoftwareRegAlyzer - ( Used to quickly hunt down registry with keywords...mat take 5-10 minutes, which is normal if oyu have lots of program or computer is not a dual processor)http://www.spybot-updates.biz/files/regalyz-1.6.2.16.exeI am hoping you can provide few more details next time you post on ANY forum. This will help asking required questions to help oyu, and may cut down you time to fix. (1) Your computer maker (HP/Dell/etc), Model #, (2) RAM size, Hard drive size, (3) Is it Laptop, Desktop or Netbook?(4) Monitor maker, model#(5) Do you have Firewall/Antivirus? Which?(6) Do you have computer connected to DSL modem (wired), or through familywireless router (e.g. Linksys).(7) WHEN DID YOU COMPUTER LAST WORKED NORMALLY...days, weeks, few hours ago(8) Any particilar site visitation caused crashing...e.g. going to some bank site you will see warning sign or something like that.(9) What Version of Windows: XP - Basic, Home, Pro, Ultimate - SP1, SP2, SP3, Post-SP3
